Plan International was founded in 1937 and with educational projects throughout the world it’s recognized as one of the oldest and most acclaimed child development organisations worldwide. Plan International is a global charity that works closely with communities to establish long term plans that will help tackle poverty and bring about lasting change.
Beiersdorf, NIVEA and Plan International have established a long-term partnership on a global level.The ‘We Care and Connect’ partnership with NIVEA is the first truly global partnership Plan has entered into. Affiliates across the world are working with local Plan teams to raise awareness and generate income for the fantastic work carried out.
Beiersdorf Uk and Plan UK are working together to raise awareness of the "Becasue I'm a Girl" campaign and to generate donations. Recently we have partnered with one of Kiss FM's DJ's, Clara Amfo, and together we have visited one of Plans projects in Ghana "Girls Making Media". You can find out more by watching the video above.
SIFE is an international non-profit organization that works with leaders in business and higher education to mobilise university students to make a difference in their communities, whilst developing the skills to become socially responsible business leaders.
Participating students form teams on their university campuses and apply business concepts to develop outreach projects that improve the quality of life and standard of living for people in need.
Our employees support SIFE by volunteering to be Business Advisors to university teams or judges at competitions. As well as having the opportunity to help the teams give back to the community, working with students involved in SIFE allows employees to develop their own skills such as coaching and mentoring.
