THRIVE Programme Overview
Propel your career by joining Beiersdorf’s cross functional graduate programme and within two years you could be a shaping business success as a Brand Manager, Supply Planning Manager, Category Manager or Brands Accountant.

Rotating every six months across four business functions; Marketing, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain, you will undertake real roles with real responsibilities.
You will begin your international career on THRIVE by spending one rotation working at a Beiersdorf office in another country.

During our fast track programme you will experience tailored training with your peer group and on the job coaching designed to develop your commercial and leadership skills. For those keen to further their education we can support professional qualifications relevant to your career aspirations.
Support Network
A strong network consisting of Mentors, Line Managers and Human Resources will provide you with the coaching, knowledge and advice needed to drive your development forward.
